We are partnering up with Last Best Brewery & Distillery again, since our last party with them was such a good time, and because we think it will be so unique to execute brewpub fare with 100% plant-based ingredients.
We are beyond excited to be working with the Last Best culinary team to create a 100% plant-based menu! Our menu is going to take a super fun approach to vegan cuisine that perfectly pairs Last Best’s philosophy of ultra-decadent comfort food with our philosophy of brain and mental health-promoting food. You'll get to enjoy brainy brewpub food, in a 100% plant-based style.
Learn how to eat plant-based, the right way!
Because our events always aim to nourish your belly AND your mind, the menu will not only be delicious and decadent, but it will also teach you how to eat plant-based, well (meaning healthily and properly balanced so you get the nutrition you need, something we see go wrong in many of our clients before we get involved!).
Each course will be thoughtfully prepared to show how we get our plant-based clients at NeuroTrition to eat in a more balanced way. When you eat plant-based, it's important to get adequate sources of certain nutrients like iron, vitamin B12 and D, and protein, and we'll show you how! A plant-based diet can be a very healthy {and delicious} choice, you just need to know a few tricks!
Even if you’re not plant-based, we always recommend that you eat more plants for your brain and mental health. So we want you at this event, to learn how to deliciously add more plants to your life (so you can save up and splurge on the highest-quality eggs, dairy and meat ever!)
Now, onto the pairings portion of the evening.
Last time we made a hugely popular craft gin chock full of herbs and other botanicals that we lovingly called Ginky & The Brain.
This time, Orsha is going back in to work with Last Best’s master distiller to create a craft vodka that will be used in some pretty brainy and gutsy cocktails (we hear there will be kombucha cocktails!). We can’t guarantee you won’t get a buzz, but we will make sure the drinks over the course of the evening blow your mind with their creativity and brain health-promoting ingredients.

Chef, Master Distiller, and Orsha will be co-hosting this event, introducing each dish as it comes out as well as answering any and all questions.

The ticket includes: a 5-course dinner + amuse bouche, and 5 pairings including a vodka custom created for this event, as well as tax and gratuity.

Compressed watermelon, kombu broth, pickled ginger, salted plum dip
2nd Course:
Peppery Purple Soup
Cabbage, organic apple, cashew creme fraiche
3rd Course:

THE BRAIN DRINK MENU
Each of the 5 courses will be expertly paired with a beer, komucha cocktail or custom brain-loving (or maybe at least hangover-mitigating) vodka we are making for this event!
Brainy Vodka:
Orsha is back at work with Bryce Parsons, Last Best’s master distiller whom she worked with on our last event to make Ginky & The Brain, the brainiac gin! Please check back in shortly to learn what ingredients will be in our vodka, and what our newest neuro-baby will be named! We’re also doing a limited release of this special vodka, so we will have a few bottles for sale at the event.
