On May 5, we’re partnering with the Kensington Riverside Inn and Food and Mood psychologist Sally from Wholistic Health YYC to host a delectable five-course dining extravaganza that brings together mindfulness and food.
What’s this mindfulness business all about?
Brain science tells us that when you're mindful of what you’re eating and experiencing during a meal, your brain will tell you to eat less but feel fuller faster, and you’ll get more enjoyment out of your food on so many more levels. Plus, when you bring a bit of mindfulness to your eating, dining out turns from an occasional treat or guilty pleasure into a healthy option that promotes your wellbeing!

This is the perfect night for lovers of great food to become lovers of mindful eating. NeuroTrition Founder & CEO Orsha Magyar and Wholistic Health YYC Founder Sally Powis-Campbell will be discussing five key aspects of mindful eating throughout the night; one as each course is served.
